At Adora, our first priority is your best possible experience at our spa and retreat. In order to make the best of the time you spend with us, please note the following:

Reservations & Scheduling
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment for massage or facial services. This will allow you to complete necessary paperwork and change into your plush robe without having to hurry. Late arrivals may have a shortened service time in order to accommodate the day’s schedule. In some cases, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. All reservations are guaranteed with credit card.

Cancellations
Please provide us with 24 hours advance notice if you must cancel or change your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice will be billed at $25 per hour of service.

Spa Attire
We suggest that you bring a bathing suit if you will be having a body treatment. Valuables are best left at home.

Your Health
If you have any medical conditions or special needs, please inform us prior to services. If you are an expectant mom or have high blood pressure, please avoid heat treatments. Also keep in mind that skin care treatments and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and some prescription drugs.

Gratuities
While gratuities are not required for spa services, they are well appreciated by our skilled staff of technicians and therapists. Gratuities are not included in service prices or gift certificates, and are completely at the client’s discretion. Our spa concierge will be delighted to assist you with providing gratuities to your therapists.

Cell Phone Policy
Cell phone use is not permitted beyond the spa reception area. Please be sure to silence or turn off your cell phone while services are being performed.

Payment Options
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Adora Gift Cards
You may purchase gift cards in any denomination over $25. These make fabulous gifts.

Returns
All gift card sales are final. Products purchased may be returned within 7 days with a receipt for a full refund. A boutique credit will be issued for products returned within 7 days without receipt.
